VIEW FINALISTS
The awards were judged by a panel of top HR leaders. This year's panel comprised 23 judges, including senior HR professionals from Affin Hwang Investment Bank , Bank Muamalat, Cement Industries of Malaysia, Credit Guarantee Corporation Malaysia (CGC), Dexcom, Dutch Lady Milk Industries, Fujifilm Business Innovation Asia Pacific, Gamuda , Hilti Group, Infinity Group, Kolej Tuanku Ja'afar, Lattice Semiconductor Malaysia and Singapore, Lembaga Tabung Angkatan Tentera, Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia, MKA Group, Moët Hennessy Diageo, MyeongDong Topokki, Pentas Flora Group, PERI Formworks Malaysia, Schindler Malaysia, Sime Darby Plantation, SKS Airways, and The Alice Smith Schools Association.
After reviewing 248 entries across 42 diverse categories, the judges have amassed valuable insights they are eager to share regarding the employee experience landscape in Malaysia.
Umasuten Karisnan, Head of HR, Lattice Semiconductor Malaysia and Singapore, praised the entries for their “creativity and outside of the box thinking that has been put by the organisation and HR. I am incredibly impressed on the quality of work that the teams have shown and the scoring has been difficult. Kudos to all participants!”
Zain Azrai Dato’ Dr. Zaaba, Vice President Rewards, Performance & Transactions, Lembaga Tabung Angkatan Tentera highlighted that through this “unique opportunity” as a judge, he had gained “invaluable insights into the diverse and innovative HR approaches shaping workplaces in Malaysia today.
"It's enlightening to evaluate the initiatives that prioritise employee well-being and engagement, one that promises to deepen my understanding of what it takes to create exceptional employee experiences", he shared.
Last but not least, Jessie Khong, Group HR Director, MKA Group said she was "impressed by the participating companies in the HR Employee Experience Award. Their commitment to enhancing employee satisfaction has yielded tangible benefits, including increased productivity and enhanced profitability.”
