Get ready to celebrate excellence in HR as the highly-anticipated finalists for the HR Excellence Awards 2022, Indonesia have been revealed.
As HR teams continue to blaze past the disruption we faced in the past year, it’s the perfect time to celebrate and honour the incredible work HR did to support its organisations, people and stakeholders during these challenging times.
With 33 enterable categories, the awards recognises teams and individuals who are resilient in pushing the boundaries of people strategy to achieve new heights, the gold, silver, and bronze awards along with individual winner trophies will be awarded. The full list of winners will be announced on 15 September 2022.
The awards were judged by a panel of top HR leaders. This year, the panel includes senior HR professionals from organisations such as Bina Karya Prima Group, Delisari Nusantara (Citra Bonang Group), CIMB Nigga, Elnusa, FWD Insurance Indonesia, Gojek Indonesia, Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper (App Sinarmas), Jiwa Group, Kanmo Group, Keppel Land Indonesia, and more.
One of the award’s judges, Stavia Dexterina, Head of Country HR, Nokia Indonesia, commented: “It’s always fun and an eye opener to become one of the judges. It’s truly amazing to see various strategy implementation and exciting future initiatives from HR organisations. It really reflects how people strategy has moved the needle, and can really create a significant business impact to the organisation.
"Agility and innovation are the key fundamentals, and with a strong people strategy, I can see Indonesia businesses’ consistently growing in the future. Kudos to all the winners! Stay hungry and keep humble.”
Meanwhile, jury member James W. Sasongko, Chief People & Organisation Transformation, Samator Group- Aneka Gas Industri, said: "I can see clearly that the impact of pandemic enables our HR fellows to innovate in their HR process, to keep the best people engaged with growing capabilities. Some of the finalists-to-be have provided exemplary innovative shifts in their HR processes, while staying loyal and consistent to the business vision and strategy for growth.
