IBM and ServiceNow have partnered to provide services and offerings that help bridge the gaps between multiple cloud environments and ensure clients get the most out of their IT infrastructure.
Through the partnership, IBM is combining its services and multicloud management offering with ServiceNow's IT service management and IT operations management solutions.
Further, IBM will include IBM Multicloud Manager designed to provide organisations with the ability to modernise Kubernetes applications across different cloud environments.
Philip Guido, IBM general manager of infrastructure services for global technology services, said:Â "With this partnership with ServiceNow, we are further advancing our respective strategies for multi-cloud computing and helping enterprises to unlock the full value of their IT investments."
Pablo Stern, vice president and general manager, IT operations management, ServiceNow, added: "The combination of our world-class IT service management and IT operations management,with IBM's innovative solutions for hybrid cloud is transforming how people work."
According to a report from IBM's Institute for Business Value, nearly all companies surveyed said they are using some form of cloud computing today, with 85% using more than one cloud environment.
