Here's how employers can help reduce prejudice towards HIV in Singapore.
World AIDS Day, marked on every 1 December, is dedicated to raising awareness about the AIDS pandemic, caused by the spread of HIV infection. HIV is a virus that affects the immune system, while AIDS refers to a set of symptoms & illnesses that occur at the final stage of HIV infection.
Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF) has developed an infographic for workplaces to play their part in raising awareness, and reducing prejudice towards HIV.
