Intellect expands its care offerings with a 2.0 suite of services

The expansion includes a 24/7 hotline, one-on-one coaching and clinical sessions, and more.

Mental health technology provider Intellect can launched a new suite of care offerings, called Intellect 2.0, which includes support for businesses to improve their Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP) through instantaneous clinical interventions and timely, critical incident stress management support online, over the phone, and face-to-face.

The enhanced support portfolio also includes support through a 24/7 hotline, psychiatric services, and one-on-one coaching and clinical sessions, and will be accessible to companies across Southeast Asia.

Talking about the need to complement Intellect's preventative care services with in-house EAP support, Theodoric Chew, Co-founder & CEO of Intellect, said: "Intellect 2.0 is designed to bridge the gaps of existing EAPs that may prevent employees from receiving the critical responsive care they need."

As such, Intellect’s responders across the APAC region are equipped to provide helpline support in 17 markets across the region. Subsequently, follow-up coaching and clinical sessions can be done virtually or in-person at Intellect clinics.

The launch also includes the rollout of Intellect Dimensions, a proprietary mental health screening that evaluates wellbeing and productivity of workforces across five facets: psychological resources, work outcomes, wellbeing, stigma, and absenteeism. It also provides employers with anonymised measurements of the return on investment from wellbeing programmes.

Additionally, Intellect 2.0 offers new partnerships with ancillary services such as MoneyOwl and Alive Nutrition, which will be available to users via group webinars and workshops, private consultations with experts, and app-based services.
