Mental health company Intellect announced on 1 July 2024 (Monday) the opening of its flagship clinic at Marina One in Singapore.
This new clinic will combine the expertise of mental health and medical practitioners in one centre, and offer services such as counselling, psychotherapy, psychological testing and assessments, as well as necessary medication management.
The clinic is open to the public and Intellect users, with options to book face-to-face sessions with counsellors or clinicians. Appointments can be made through Intellect’s platform, WhatsApp, email, or phone.
Citing research that pointed to the growing demand for mental health services in Singapore, especially for high-acuity cases, Theodoric Chew, CEO and Co-founder, Intellect, said: "We believe that by setting up our own chain of mental health clinics for in-person care, we can better provide high quality support to all clients along the mental health spectrum."
