Bank Mandiri claimed the coveted title of Employee Experience Champion of the Year at the inaugural awards in Jakarta.
The inaugural Employee Experience Awards in Indonesia saw Bank Mandiri winning several awards throughout the night, earning the organisation the Employee Experience Champion of the Year title.
Bank Mandiri's impressive achievement – securing nine gold and one silver trophies – was unveiled at a grand awards gala night at Westin, Jakarta on 17 April 2025 (Thursday).
The awards showcased 35 meticulously curated categories anchored in four pillars:

- Learning,
- Engagement, and
- Talent Acquisition.
Together, they captured the full scope of what defines true HR excellence.
