JobsDB to unveil its first virtual career fair in March

Recruitment platform JobsDB announced yesterday it will debut a virtual career fair in the first week of March. 

The online recruitment fair provides an instant chatroom for job seekers to have a direct interaction with potential employers remotely so they can better understand the job roles and requirements. They can also share their CVs and self-introduction videos to potential employers. Currently, about 30 enterprises had signed up. 

The agency has also invited senior career advisors from different industries to provide one-to-one career consultations on career direction. Consultants from finance, engineering, government institutions, human resources management and more will provide appropriate up-to-date job search tips and information on industry trends.

Additionally, there will be a number of live shows hosted by popular local influencers from the '100 Most' and industry experts. They will discuss job search tips, interact with registered jobseekers and share talent acquisition and career development advice.

There will also be further analysis of common interview questions that will help interviewees grasp each new opportunity, and cover tips on rising industries like the YouTuber businesses, as well as insights on joining start-up companies.
