Masters of EX: Winners of the Employee Experience Awards 2024, Malaysia

The inclusion of five new categories, such as Best Employee Feedback and Listening Strategy and Best Parental and Caregiver Support Programme, highlights the awards' commitment to adapting to the ever-evolving landscape of EX.

Allianz Malaysia was honoured with not only the distinguished title of Employee Experience Champion of the Year, but the Overall Leadership, Learning, and Engagement Awards, at the Employee Experience Awards 2024.

Their remarkable achievement, marked by eight gold, four silver, and one bronze accolades, was celebrated at Le Méridien Petaling Jaya during the 4th annual Employee Experience Awards Malaysia ceremony on 7 June 2024 (Friday).

Another top contender, Alliance Bank Malaysia, took home the Overall Talent Acquisition Award.

To capture the essence of a holistic employee experience, the awards showcased 38 carefully curated categories anchored in four pillars:

  • Learning, and
  • Talent acquisition
