MYXpats Centres in Surian Tower and Penang to close on 16 and 17 September

The ESD and Residence Pass-Talent online systems will still be accessible on those dates, and companies or talents may still submit their applications online.

In conjunction with the Malaysia Day and Maulidur Rasul public holidays, the Expatriates Services Division (ESD) of Malaysia, has shared that the MYXpats Centres, specifically in Surian Tower and Penang, will be closed on 16 and 17 September 2024.

According to a statement by ESD, the MYXpts Centre counter, telephone, and email services will not be available to clients during those dates. However, the ESD & Residence Pass-Talent (RP-T) online systems will still be made accessible, and companies and/or talents may submit their applications online.

For assistance, clients have been directed to the MYXPATS helpdesk (for matters regarding employment pass, professional visit pass, and related passes), and the RP-T Care team (for RP-T matters).
