QUIZ: How do others perceive you?

Many organisations pay big bucks to gain an insight into current and potential employees’ personality traits, to find out whether they’re a good fit for the organisation.

This test, although very basic, is free – and claims to give those who take it a decent and relatively accurate insight into how others perceive them.

Developed by Dr. Phil, the American TV personality and psychologist, this quick and easy quiz is not guaranteed to give you an exact picture of someone’s personality, but those of us around the office who have taken it have been quite impressed with the results.

When Dr. Phil did the test on TV he scored 55, while TV legend Oprah did the test and scored 38.
