Bank Rakyat Indonesia has elevated Steven Yudiyantho (pictured above) to the role of SEVP, Human Capital, effective April 2025.
Based in Jakarta, the leader now heads the human capital function, including human capital services and human capital business partnership, he tells HRO.
Steven was most recently SEVP Human Capital Strategy, in which his primary role was to lead the human capital Centre of Excellence at Bank Rakyat Indonesia, such as reward, talent management, performance management, culture transformation, and learning.
In his expanded role, Steven says his mandate is to not only lead, but transform, the human capital function to become an enabler of the Bank's transformation agenda.
"My first priority this year is laying the foundation of 'best in class' HR practices. I want to make sure that we have the "basics" right since this is important if we want to make a quantum-leap transformation," he shares.
