Singapore's ICA building to permanently close to the public on 1 Apr 2025, making way for new ISC

Counter services at the current ICA building will be suspended from 1 to 4 April, before the opening of the ICA Services Centre on 7 April.

Singapore's Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) announced on Monday (17 March 2025) that the new ICA Services Centre (ISC) will be open to the public from 7 April 2025 onwards.

The service centre is located at 2 Crawford Street, Singapore 207218.

Here are the key details to note about the new centre:

Opening hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

As such, the existing ICA building, which is beside the ISC building will be permanently closed to the public from 1 April 2025. Counter services at the current ICA building will also be suspended from 1 to 4 April 2025, with no walk-ins to be served, to ensure a smooth transition of services to ISC except for urgent requests such as:

  • Passport for urgent travel,
  • Oath-taking for minors turning 22 years old between 1 and 6 April 2025, and
  • Completion of formalities for immigration passes expiring between 1 and 6 April 2025.

During this transition, ICA services will still remain available online and the public can continue submitting applications through ICA’s website of the MyICA mobile application. Alternatively, members of the public may contact ICA through the ICA Feedback Form or call the hotline at 6391 6100.

Members of the public who need to transact in person with ICA personnel may head down to the new ISC from 7 April. ICA strongly encourages the people to take the public transport as parking spaces are still undergoing works. The list of public transport available for heading to the ISC is as follows:

Those who still wish to drive may park their vehicles at various parking spots along North Bridge Road, Crawford Lane, and French Road. Drivers dropping passengers off may proceed to the ISC’s drop-off point located at the entrance.

To ensure easy navigation around the area, ICA service ambassadors will be onsite to assist those who need to visit the ISC to complete their transactions.
