據Thomson Reuters的「2018年多元及包容（D&I）指數」，Accenture、Novartis及Medtronic榮登前三位。

2016年起推出的D&I指數評級，以Thomson Reuters的環境、社會及管治（ESG）數據作為計算基礎，以衡量企業工作環境中多元及包容性的相對表現。

該排名榜包括7,000多家上市公司，並根據四大指標進行排名：多元性、包容性，新聞及爭議、以及員工發展；同時考慮以下因素：董事會性別多元性、女性僱員比例、多元化目標、靈活工時、對多元性及平等機會的爭議、殘疾員工比例、員工滿意度，以及事業發展梯階。
