Workday has appointed Jess O'Reilly (pictured above) as General Manager for its ASEAN business.
O'Reilly will be based in Singapore, where she will lead Workday’s growth strategy for the region, and be part of the APAC leadership team. Her responsibilities include developing and executing the company's regional sales strategy, as well as driving revenue growth and market share expansion.
With over 15 years of experience in the technology sector, O'Reilly has worked extensively with Southeast Asian customers, having held positions at cloud and SaaS companies such as Salesforce, UiPath, and Twilio, before joining Workday, the AI platform for managing people, money, and agents.
On her appointment, O'Reilly stated: "Organisations in ASEAN are transforming their approach to workforce management with impressive agility."
As such, she expressed excitement at being able to build on this vision and momentum in ASEAN, while continuing to deliver innovations to support Workday customers on their transformation journey.
Simon Tate, President of Workday Asia Pacific, remarked on the appointment: "Jess’s deep understanding of the ASEAN market, particularly her experience in Singapore which is home to some of Workday’s largest and most strategic accounts in APAC, makes her the ideal leader to drive our next phase of growth."
