Up the ranks: Novotel Mumbai International Airport welcomes Tejas Chandpure as Director of Talent and Culture

In his new position, Tejas’ key responsibilities will include aligning the HR strategy with the overall business goals and contributing to the property's long-term success.

Novotel Mumbai International Airport has appointed Tejas Chandpure (pictured above) as its Director of Talent and Culture, effective September 2024.

Tejas brings with him 14 years of experience in human resources, particularly in talent management and employee relations, having successfully led HR operations for various prestigious brands. 

In his new position, Tejas’s key responsibilities will include aligning the HR strategy with the overall business goals and contributing to the property's long-term success. With his experience, Tejas has aced pre-opening procedures and leadership development and will look towards crafting and executing programmes aimed at improving employee satisfaction, performance appraisal, and induction of new staff along with handling compensation and benefits.

Previously, he also oversaw recruitment for new projects and campus drives.

Rachita Sood, General Manager, Novotel Mumbai International Airport, shared that the team was delighted to welcome Tejas Chandpure. "Tejas's vision for a balanced and performance-oriented culture aligns perfectly with our goals, and we are confident that his leadership will have a positive impact on the management and overall success of the hotel."
