Up the ranks: Nupur Mehta joins Pure Storage as Regional HR Director for Asia Pacific & Japan

Based in Singapore, Nupur will oversee Pure Storage’s HR operations across the region, fostering an environment for growth and learning that enables inclusion, diversity, and agility.

Pure Storage, an IT company that delivers data storage technology and services, has appointed Nupur Mehta as its new Regional HR Director of Asia Pacific & Japan.

Based in Singapore, Nupur will oversee Pure Storage’s HR operations across APJ, fostering an environment of growth, learning, inclusion, diversity, and agility.

With nearly two decades in HR, Nupur leverages her global experience in technology firms and scale-ups to align business goals with people strategies, drive organisational change, and manage scaling challenges. Her expertise is ideally suited to navigate the complexities of technological advancements, DEI imperatives, and future-ready talent needs.

Prior to joining Pure Storage, Nupur played pivotal roles at Amazon, Aon Consulting, and HCL Technologies. Most recently, Nupur took on the hat of Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Nium. 

Commenting on her appointment, Nupur expressed her excitement at joining the organisation during a "dynamic period of innovation and growth."
