FedEx Express Philippines emerged victorious as the Overall HREA Winner of the HR Excellence Awards 2024.
The team's performance, marked by four gold, two silver, and one bronze trophies, shone brightly alongside other exceptional achievers during a grand gala held at Grand Hyatt Manila on 16 August 2024 (Friday).
Now in its third edition, the HR Excellence Awards 2024, Philippines featured a prestigious lineup of 40 categories, including four newly introduced ones.
These categories celebrated organisations in the Philippines that have demonstrated innovative approaches to employee management and robust human capital strategies. Dominating realms such as recruitment, employee engagement, leadership development, and retention, the entrants have set a new benchmark for excellence in HR practices.
