Rob Line, Vice President, Global Talent Mobility, Cartus, shares a peek into the company's journey to a gold win at the HR Vendors of the Year 2021, Singapore.
The year 2021 was an extraordinary one filled with disruptions and changes, but the HR industry continued to be innovative.
On that note, judges of the Best Innovation for HR category at the HR Vendors of the Year awards, Singapore and Malaysia, were on the lookout for the top innovations that were developed and/or applied during the eligibility period. These innovations range from emerging tech to a breakthrough in work practices, culture, or employee engagement. Judges also looked for results against desired outcomes and objectives in determining the shortlists.
