It is time to celebrate the best employers delivering a high-quality employee experience in Malaysia. With the judging completed, the finalists for Malaysia's Employee Experience Awards 2022 have emerged.
The Employee Experience Awards returns for its second year to honour organisations that have excelled at focusing on employee experience to help retain and excite employees. The winners will be announced on 24 June 2022 across 29 categories and three key elements of a holistic EX approach:
- Leadership,
- Learning, and
- Engagement.
The awards were judged by a panel of respected HR leaders, including those from Affin Bank, AMAZIN’ GRAZE, AXA Affin General Insurance, Bumi Armada, CIMB, Columbia Asia Group, GSK Malaysia, Kibing Group, Lotuss Stores Malaysia, MSM Malaysia Holdings, Orsted Malaysia & Singapore, Samsung Electronics Malaysia and more.
One of the award’s judges, Ilango Santhana, Director, People & Organisation SEA, PUMA commented: It’s great to see companies continue to keep up with their good practices by adapting and leveraging technology in current HR practices during the difficult period. Great effort by the HR teams for staying positive and continue to support the business."
Another one of our jury members Shu Tze Yuh, Head, Talent & People Transformation, Berjaya Corporation, remarked: "It is evident that work culture took a shift over the pandemic and many corporations have adapted, while some took the lead to set a benchmark of the future of work, and raising the bar for staff wellbeing simultaneously.”
