Dear Readers,
Happy Mid-Autumn Festival (中秋節快樂)!
While the festival falls in the middle of the week, it’s the perfect chance for all of us to get away from our daily routines to spend some quality time celebrating reunions and togetherness with our family, friends, and colleagues, as well as feast ourselves with mooncakes and delicacies!
According to the Hong Kong Observatory, if weather permits, we will even observe a bright and round ‘super moon’ with unaided eyes at night during the Mid-Autumn Festival period.
For those who might not be able to spend time with their loved ones, remember that physical distance doesn’t keep us apart as long as our hearts are connected.
Like the waxing and waning of the Moon, we may go through ups and downs in our personal and professional lives. What is more important is that we have done our best, stayed true to ourselves, treasured what we have, and strived for what we believe.
In the meantime, take this opportunity to push the pause button for a day or two, let yourself be tranquil, and feel the festive vibe around you!
