Operating hours and closure dates of JIM counters for Hari Raya Aidilfitri 2025

A total of 15 passport office counters will be closed on Saturday, 29 March 2025, and Saturday, 5 April 2025.

As Hari Raya Aidilfitri 2025 approaches, Malaysia's Immigration Department of Malaysia (JIM) has announced adjustments to its counter operating hours and dates of closures. These changes are essential for individuals planning to access immigration services during the festive period.

Adjusted operating hours and closures

  • Sunday, 30 March 2025: Urban Transformation Centre (UTC) counters will operate from 8:00am to 1:00pm.
  • Monday, 31 March 2025, and Tuesday, 1 April 2025: All JIM counters, including UTCs, will be closed.
  • Passport office counter closures: 15 passport office counters will be closed on Saturday, 29 March 2025, and Saturday, 5 April 2025:
    • Menara Ikhlas, Putrajaya
    • Wangsa Maju, WP Kuala Lumpur
    • Jalan Duta, WP Kuala Lumpur
    • Kulim, Kedah
    • Ayer keroh, Melaka
    • Kuala Kubu Bharu, Selangor
    • Kajang, Selangor
    • Kelana Jaya, Selangor
    • Kuala Selangor, Selangor
    • Puchong, Selangor
    • Shah Alam, Selangor
    • Seberang Jaya, Pulau Pinang
    • Taiping, Perak
    • Teluk Intan, Perak
    • Lumut, Perak
