Up the ranks: Allcargo Gati appoints Narayanam Sesha Srikanth as Head of Human Resources at Gati Express & Supply Chain

In his new role, Sesha aims to nurture talent, cultivate a culture of inclusivity and excellence, and boost workforce engagement, all aligned with advancing the company’s strategic goals.

Gati Express & Supply Chain, a material subsidiary of Allcargo Gati, has welcomed Narayanam Sesha Srikanth (pictured above) as its new Head of Human Resources, as of 3 January 2025. 

With over 20 years of experience spanning talent acquisition, employee engagement, business partnerships, and change management, Sesha brings a wealth of expertise to this new role. 

His professional journey spans globally renowned organisations, including Genpact, Infosys, Cognizant, and Matrimony.com. Throughout his career, he has earned a reputation for aligning HR strategies with business goals, driving impactful workforce initiatives, and leading transformative efforts across industries, all while delivering meaningful outcomes through effective human resource practices. 

Ketan Kulkarni, Managing Director of Gati Express and Supply Chain, shared his thoughts on the appointment, statin: "Sesha’s strategic understanding of human resource dynamics, coupled with his extensive expertise in areas such as employee onboarding, training, and retention, will play a pivotal role in strengthening our operations and maintaining our leadership in the logistics sector.
