The new office design draws inspiration from the diverse culture of the region, incorporating the five elements of metal, earth, water, fire, and wood as specially designed zones around the space.
Wise officially expanded its Asia Pacific Hub in Singapore last Tuesday (1 April), situated at Paya Lebar Quarter and spanning more than 31,800 square feet.
The new office design draws inspiration from the diverse culture of Asia Pacific as they incorporate the five elements of metal, earth, water, fire, and wood as specially designed zones around the space. Among the mix of private and collaborative space, key areas of the new office include:
Purpose-built spaces for innovation: There are open-plan areas, collaborative zones and versatile meeting rooms inspired by Asian folklore. There is 40% more meeting rooms and 50% more phone booths.
Wellness spaces: Massage pods, nap rooms, parent rooms, multi-faith rooms are provided to support employee well-being and productivity.
Ergonomic workstations: Height adjustable desk setups and quiet zones are set up for focused work.
Collaboration with local artist: Works from Samuel Xun, Andy Yang, Ezzam Rahman, Daniel Chong, Bridget Tay and Dylan Chan are featured to celebrate identity, belonging and change.
Singapore CEO and APAC Head of Expansion at Wise Shrawan (SK) Saraogi said that the new office is a key milestone in strengthening Wise’s regional presence and reflects its continuous investment in the country’s fintech ecosystem.
"We’re committed to investing in purpose-built workspaces that foster collaboration and empower Wisers to create innovative products for our customers,” he added.
