Commenting on the judging experience, jury member Peineey Sim, HR Director, APAC Finance and Operations Excellence at Moët Hennessy Asia Pacific, Singapore, noted "a notable enhancement in the quality of submissions, demonstrating both innovation and insight. Many companies have commendably adopted a holistic approach to people management, aligning it with broader business objectives to foster overall organisational health. These positive developments point to a bright future across all industries and reflect the strong commitment of the participating organisations."
Meanwhile, Jack Goh, Head, Regional HRBP, Hakko Products added: "It was a privilege to review this year’s HR award submissions, which exhibited impressive innovation and leadership in navigating the ever-changing workplace landscape. Many entries demonstrated how HR teams are aligning people strategies with business goals, tackling post-pandemic challenges through data-driven insights, holistic employee well-being initiatives, and long-term workforce planning."
Vikram Sukumaran, Chief People Officer, Feruni Ceramiche, also emphasised the strategic role HR plays in driving organisational success: "The entries have demonstrated a comprehensive understanding of HR's role in driving organisational success through cultural transformation. They have effectively integrated robust HR practices with overarching business strategies, which has clearly led to improved organisational performance across key business metrics."
