Central Retail Corporation secured the top honour as Overall Winner at Human Resources Online’s HR Excellence Awards 2024, Thailand, clinching five gold and two silver trophies.
The grand gala, held at the Shangri-La Bangkok on 23 August 2024 (Friday), celebrated exceptional achievements in human resources management across 37 diverse categories. Big C Supercenter, True Corporation, Thai Beverage, and Generali Thailand also garnered recognition as notable frontrunners.
Now in its fourth year, the HR Excellence Awards in Thailand expanded its scope with the addition of four new categories, recognising organisations that have pioneered innovative employee management and human capital strategies. Entrants set new industry standards through their achievements in recruitment, employee engagement, leadership development, and talent retention, showcasing Thailand's dynamic HR landscape.
