Bursa Malaysia to close on 18 March 2025 in conjunction with Nuzul Al-Quran holiday

The Exchange and its subsidiaries will resume operations the following day, 19 March.

Bursa Malaysia announced on Friday (14 March 2025) that the stock exchange and its subsidiaries will close on Tuesday, 18 March 2025, in observance of the Nuzul Al-Quran public holiday, which is recognised in several Malaysian states and federal territories.

Bursa Malaysia and its subsidiaries will resume operations the following day on 19 March 2025 (Wednesday). 

However, Bursa Gold Dinar primary marketplace and Bursa Suq Al-Sila' will remain open for trading on the public holiday.
