HR Excellence Awards 2021: Malaysia finalists unveiled

Get excited to celebrate this year’s amazing HR finalists as we reveal the shortlist for the HR Excellence Awards 2021, Malaysia edition.

Human Resources Online is delighted to have brought our inaugural awards #HRExcellence Awards back for its eighth year, recognising and rewarding Malaysia’s best in-class HR teams and individuals for their spectacular work executed across the entire HR function.

With 30 categories open for entry, the HR Excellence Awards honour HR teams and professionals who are resilient in pushing the boundaries of people strategy to achieve new heights in the HR function. The winners will be announced on 5 November 2021.

VIEW FINALISTS

The awards are judged by a panel of top HR leaders. The panel included senior HR professionals from organisations, such as AFFIN Bank, Alliance Bank Malaysia, AXA Affin General Insurance, Biomed Global, edotco Group, Green Packet Academy, Habib Group, Kimberly-Clark Malaysia, RotiboyBakeshoppe, Tesco, UMobile, and more.

A member of the jury, Rebecca Khor, Director, Head of Human Resources, BNP Paribas Malaysia, commented that “all the entries this year were impressive, as companies continuously looked for innovative ways to transform and develop their human capital. It is clear that a lot of good work has been done despite the challenging environment”.

Shalina Gopalan, Group Chief Human Resource Officer, Asahi Holdings Southeast Asia, added that “HR’s unrivalled commitment to workplace transformation during this unprecedented time is totally resounding as many companies have placed continuous emphasis on every aspect of their employee lifecycle which makes them a progressive organisation”.
