In this new role, Aditi Sharma Kalra will be focused on storytelling the exciting work that CHROs in Hong Kong are spearheading, in addition to her Southeast Asia responsibilities.
Lighthouse Independent Media is pleased to announce the appointment of Aditi Sharma Kalra as Editor-in-Chief for Human Resources Online. The appointment sees Kalra, who leads the editorial team for Southeast Asia, take on the additional responsibility to helm Human Resources Online’s editorial growth in the markets of Hong Kong and North Asia.
She brings to the role over 14 years of experience in news reporting, features writing, content creation, and bespoke event consulting across Southeast Asia.

In her new role, Kalra will be focused on storytelling the exciting work that CHROs in Hong Kong are spearheading, with the support of Hong Kong-based journalist Samantha Chan. Readers can look forward to benefiting from digital content that is tailored, exclusive and timely for HR directors and their teams.
Commenting on her appointment, Kalra said, “As someone who is passionate about the progression and impact of the HR function, I'm genuinely thrilled to be setting the editorial direction for HRO at this most interesting time. Based in Singapore, Kalra will report to the Publisher of Human Resources Online, Naomi Cranswick. She will continue to lead content for Southeast Asia editorial, with the support of the team comprising Priya Sunil and Lester Tan.
Cranswick commented: “Having earned their seat at the table years ago, HR leaders in Hong Kong are adding strategic value to business goals by leading large-scale change projects and innovating the employee experience. With our bolstered team in Hong Kong, we look forward to equipping CHROs with HRO's platform that identifies and shares best talent practices.”
