Around 30% of the job openings are targeted at this group, including positions in the Sino Internship Programme and the 20-month Sino Management Trainee programmes on the career day.

Sino Group will be hosting Sino Group Career Day on 29 May 2021 to offer around 1,000 jobs. Of these, around 30% of the roles are targeted at young talent and fresh graduates. The job openings cover roles in property development, property management, hospitality services, innovative technology, sustainability and other related sectors.

In addition to full-time positions, the company will offer young talent and fresh graduates positions in the Sino Internship Programme and the 20-month Sino Management Trainee programmes on the career day.

The group's Associate Director & Chief Human Resources Officer Elaine Liu revealed that the property and real estate developer designed a "youth zone" on the career day where young talent can receive onsite career consultations with HR for job matching advice. In the zone, applicants can also visit the "Knowing Yourself" section where they will take an occupational personality questionnaire to understand their strengths and explore potential career paths, and the "Creative Workshops" where applicants for the hotel and hospitality service positions can experience job simulations facilitated by the group's hotel trainer.

"Across this full diversity of our business portfolio, we welcome applications for the roles we have created, from individuals who share our passion and vision. In particular, with opportunities designed specifically for our young people, we hope to renew our commitment to being an organisation that values youthful innovation and energy and nurtures it into long-term rewarding careers that tap into our development projects in the Greater Bay Area, and which benefit the Group and the wider community," said Daryl Ng, Deputy Chairman of Sino Group

Sino Group currently employs more than 11,000 workers.
