Spotlighting success: Winners of the Employee Experience Awards 2024, Singapore

HP, GlobalFoundries, Singtel and Prudential Assurance Company Singapore emerged winners across the four pillars of leadership, learning, engagement, and talent acquisition.

Singtel clinched the coveted title of Employee Experience Champion of the Year at the 4th annual Employee Experience Awards in Singapore.

The organisation's feat, marked by five gold, two silver, and one bronze trophies, was unveiled at a grand awards gala ceremony at Shangri-La Singapore on Thursday, 9 May 2024.

The awards showcased 41 meticulously curated categories anchored in four pillars:

  • Leadership,
  • Learning,
  • Engagement, and
  • Talent acquisition.

Which captured the essence of a comprehensive employee experience.

This year's lineup included five new categories, including Best Employee Advocacy Programme and Best Employee Engagement Initiative, underscoring the awards' commitment to evolving with the dynamic landscape of employee experience.
