Up the ranks: Narasimhan S L joins Acquity Knowledge Partners as new CHRO

With more than two decades of HR leadership experience, Narasimhan will work alongside CEO Robert King to elevate the talent and people strategy for the organisation.

Acquity Knowledge Partners have welcomed Narasimhan S L as its new Chief Human Resources Officer. 

With 25 years of HR leadership at top organisations, Narasimhan has been credited with driving global hiring strategies and managed talent acquisition across multiple regions.

He will be working closely with CEO Robert King and, as shared in a Linkedin post, expressed their hopes to elevate the talent and people strategy for the organisation and drive initiatives that will empower their teams and align with Acquity's mission. 

"I am equally excited to work alongside the talented HR team and colleagues across the business and around the world as we continue to strengthen our partnerships with clients," Narasimhan commented. 

He added that he was "honoured to contribute to this legacy of excellence and innovation." 

According to an update by Acquity Knowledge Partners, Narasimhan previously led HR for State Street's global hubs in India, Poland and China, overseeing 25,000 employees and achieving significant milestones in employee engagement and HR transformation.
