Up the ranks: SKIL Group appoints Nazneen Batliwalla as Head of Human Resources

She will be committed to crafting programmes that build a collaborative environment and nurture talent, playing a pivotal role in SKIL's plans for both national and international expansion.

SKIL Group has named Nazneen Batliwalla as its new Head of Human Resources. With over 15 years of experience, Batliwalla is tasked with enhancing SKIL’s talent retention, employee engagement, and employer branding efforts.

Batliwalla previously held positions at Reliance Broadcast, Tata CLiQ Luxury, and Good Glamm Group, where she initiated talent acquisition and development programmes aimed at boosting employee loyalty and satisfaction. Her experience is expected to play a key role in shaping SKIL’s HR policies to foster an engaged workforce.

As part of the organisation's national and international expansion strategy, Batliwalla will be contributing to employer branding initiatives that aim to emphasise the company as an inclusive and dynamic workplace. She is committed to crafting programmes that build a collaborative environment and nurture talent at every stage.
