All Singaporean households to receive S$500 in CDC Vouchers from 13 May 2025

This follows an earlier S$300 payout in January, with the total amount received so far in 2025 amounting to S$800.

From 13 May 2025, all Singaporean households will be able to claim S$500 in Community Development Council (CDC) Vouchers, valid for use until 31 December 2025.

Announced by Prime Minister and Finance Minister Lawrence Wong at Budget 2025, this round of vouchers is part of ongoing enhancements to the Assurance Package, given out to help Singaporeans cope with cost-of-living pressures.

As with previous distributions, the S$500 will be split equally:

  • S$250 for use at participating heartland merchants/hawkers, and
  • S$250 for use at participating supermarkets

This May tranche follows an earlier S$300 payout in January 2025, bringing the total amount received so far this year to S$800. Another S$300 will be rolled out in January 2026, with details to be released nearer the date by People’s Association (PA) or CDCs.

As a precaution, members of the public are advised to stay vigilant when claiming their CDC Vouchers. You will never be asked to share your bank login details, transfer money, or download apps from unofficial sources to access your vouchers.

If anything seems suspicious, the public is urged to reach out to the 24/7 ScamShield Helpline at 1799 for assistance.
