Celebrating the winners of the Employee Experience Awards 2023 - Singapore

Borouge, GlobalFoundries Singapore, Globe Telecom, and Accenture won the big awards for leadership, learning, engagement, and talent acquisition respectively.

16 June 2023 marked an exhilarating evening of celebration as we honoured the winners and finalists of the 3rd annual Employee Experience Awards in Singapore!

As we navigate the path towards recovery from the unprecedented challenges brought on by the years past, it is crucial to recognise and applaud organisations that have demonstrated unparalleled excellence in prioritising employee experience.

This gave us the opportunity to celebrate organisations that have not only retained and energised their top talents, amidst a tough talent market, but have also created immense value and maintained a competitive employment edge in the process.

To stay ahead of the curve, in this third year of the awards, we’ve continued to expand and enhance. We’ve gone beyond the original pillars of EX: Leadership, Learning, and Engagement, to introduce a fourth pillar: Talent Acquisition.
