The finalists of the much-anticipated Employee Experience Awards 2025, Thailand have officially been unveiled, celebrating HR excellence across the country.
Now in its second year, this prestigious awards programme continues to recognise organisations that are redefining employee experience through innovative strategies, impactful engagement initiatives, and a commitment to workplace excellence.

The winners across all 46 categories will be revealed at the gala night on 28 March 2025.
Judged by a panel of seasoned and respected HR leaders, the competition was fierce, with entrants showcasing forward-thinking approaches that set new industry standards among other outstanding HR initiatives.
The esteemed judging panel had high praise for this year’s submissions, highlighting the depth of creativity and strategic execution across all entries:
Kammasit Wichitphan, Vice President of Human Resources and Organisation Development, Poon Phol Co., shared: "I was genuinely impressed by this year’s entries. The dedication to innovation and excellence really stood out, with creative strategies that not only address challenges but delivered real impact. It’s inspiring to see how these efforts are shaping the future of HR."
Korkaew Kampananon, Head of Culture, Employee Experience & Internal Communications, King Power Group, remarked: "What struck me as most impressive was the ability of each entrant to bridge business challenges with creativity and insights, resulting in intriguing strategies. Indeed, we have a promising lineup of finalists with initiatives that have made an incredible impact."
Meanwhile, Siraphak Khunyod, Director of Human Resources, InterContinental Phuket Resort, commended the quality of submissions, saying, saying they showcased a remarkable commitment to innovative HR strategies, impactful employee engagement, and continuous improvement in talent management.
"The entries highlight a strong dedication to fostering supportive work environments, prioritising professional growth, and implementing forward-thinking initiatives that align with strategic goals."
Raviphan Panitcharoen, Vice President, Talent Acquisition, United Overseas Bank, emphasised the industry’s forward-thinking approach: "I am truly impressed to see organisations placing employee experience at the forefront of every stage of the work journey. It is clear that employees are at the heart of business strategies, playing a vital role in driving success.
"A noteworthy mention is how organisations are adapting to and preparing their workforce for AI-driven technologies while keeping sustainability at the core. This forward-thinking approach demonstrates a strong commitment to enhancing employee experience in a way that is both meaningful and future-focused."
