Up the ranks: Cartelux onboards Carla McAloon as Head of People/Talent

McAloon brings experience in HR and talent acquisition, having previously played key roles at Misfits Market, Boxed, and fuboTV.

Digital advertising platform Cartelux has brought on board two strategic hires to its executive team - Carla McAloon (pictured above) as Head of People/Talent, and Kae Hum as Global Head of Enterprise Sales.

Headquartered on the Sunshine Coast, Australia, the company aims to reinforce its leadership through these moves, and looks forward to "cultivating a workplace that thrives on passion, talent, and resilience," as shared in a media release.

The new Head of People/Talent, McAloon brings to her role a strategic vision for talent management and organisational development, in line with Cartelux’s ethos of valuing innovation and excellence. She will be focused on reinforcing the foundation for attracting and empowering a team to redefine digital advertising.

McAloon brings experience in HR and talent acquisition, having previously played key roles at Misfits Market, Boxed, and fuboTV.

In her new role, senior hire Kae Hum is set to lead Cartelux’s expansion beyond the automotive industry. His role will be instrumental in leveraging Cartelux's ad-tech platform across various industries, ensuring digital performance and efficiency for the client base.
