Data and analytics firm Qlik has named Serine Loh (pictured above) as its new Head of Human Resources (HR) for the Asia Pacific region. In this role, Loh is responsible for implementing and providing the full spectrum of strategic and operational support for the region – in line with Qlik's culture and talent and corporate priorities.

Loh has almost two decades of HR experience and has worked for a multitude of companies including global tech software, cloud marketing, and global integrated marketing communications for high growth, fast-paced start-ups, and multinational corporations. 

Qlick is a private SaaS company, offering an 'active intelligence' platform, delivering end-to-end, real-time data integration and analytics cloud solutions. It serves more than 38,000 active customers in over 100 countries.

Based out of Sydney, Australia for this role, Loh started her career at Mercury Interactive as Regional HR/Talent Manager for Asia Pacific. Throughout her career, she has supported a full spectrum of people and culture functions including talent acquisition, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations, coupled with mergers & acquisitions (transition and integration) expertise.

An award-winning HR professional, Loh most recently served as Head of HR, APAC for SS&C Blue Prism. She has also held positions with Circles.Life,Text100, Kronos ExactTarget / Salesforce, Novell, and Adobe. She has also lived and studied in Singapore.
