Veteran HR leader Rina Sarif has been appointed as new Chief Human Capital Officer for the Malaysian hajj pilgrims fund, Lembaga Tabung Haji (TH) effective 3 August 2020.
YBhg. Datuk Nik Mohd Hasyudeen Yusoff, Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of TH said, the appointment is one of TH's efforts to strengthen the professional leadership towards becoming an institution that is respected for its achievements and good governance.
Rina comes to the role with plenty of experience in the human capital space, where she was previously General Manager of Human Resources at Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB), and has held leadership positions at both government-linked companies (GLCs) and multinational companies.
She has extensive experience in human capital transformation and talent development, and is passionate about formulating and implementing robust and progressive strategies in developing talent for the needs of the organisation now and in the future.
She has been a recipient of several HR awards, and is a member of Human Resources Online's Advisory Panel 2019.
