Jabatan Imigresen Malaysia expands use of Rotation System to more immigration offices

This system eliminates the need for long queues and waiting times, and can be accessed from home from 6.20am to 3.00pm daily.

From 22 July 2024, Malaysia has expanded its Rotation System (QMS) to the Immigration Office of Muar branch and Foreign Workers Division (Level 9), Setia Tropika, Johor. This is in addition to the UTC Johor Bahru and UTC Pasir Gudang.

The QMS is a smartphone application that provides users with a rotating number for passport application matters at the Immigration Office Muar branch and Foreign Workers Division and Setia Tropika, Johor. This eliminates the need for long queues and waiting times, and users will be called at the appointed time.

This system can be accessed from home from 6.20am to 3.00pm daily.
