Up the ranks: Gary Lee joins Sivantos Group

Previously serving as chief HR specialist for global talent development and group organisational development at Grundfos, Gary Lee has taken on the role of global head of leadership and organisational development at Sivantos Group, effective January 2018. In this role, he is based in the global HQ in Singapore and will report to the CHRO.

“For this year, I will be working on designing and implementing a global leadership framework, reviewing the learning and development structure and building sustainable culture initiatives across all Sivantos companies,” he told Human Resources.

Also on the agenda is a global engagement survey, launched in May, while global blended learning and leadership programmes were rolled out on 1 April.

MBA-qualified and accredited with various psychometric tools, Lee has more than 15 years of experience in talent development, leadership, learning and development, and facilitation, having worked with numerous MNCs, SMEs and educational institutes globally.
